Shipping & Returns

N.B. If you would like me to send a gift directly to a recipient at a different address to save on extra posting/contact, then the option to do so is available at the checkout. If you would like to add a personalised note in too, then just send me an email in response to the order confirmation email you receive. 

PACKAGING

Where possible, I use recycled packing materials. Any newly bought packaging is environmentally friendly / recycled / biodegradable or compostable. 

GIFT WRAPPING

If your order is for a gift I can gift-wrap the item on request at an extra cost. Choose this option from the drop down menu.

UK SHIPPING

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For First Class (£5 flat rate) which takes 2-3 working days. Packing your pottery to be 'Ready to Ship’ will take a little time but it should be posted within 2-3 working days of placing your order.  A confirmation email will be sent once it is dispatched. If you have a specific deadline e.g. birthday or wedding, then do let me know in the buyer’s notes and I will do my best to try and get your order to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USA & European Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For which takes 7 - 10 working days but please allow up to 14 working days as services can vary depending on location. During busy periods such a Christmas and holidays this timescale can sometimes double due to customs and extra workloads for local mail services. These delays are beyond my control and I can not be held responsible for them.  

Delivery to the rest of the world is a flat rate. The delivery time for international orders will vary according to location.

N.B.  All international customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping of your order.)

EUROPE: As with delivery in the UK, delivery to European countries may be delayed by a few days.

USA: Unfortunately, delivery to USA is currently unavailable due to lengthy delays once the parcels have reached the country.

RETURNS

Each item of pottery is carefully described, so do please read the descriptions for dimensions, usage and care instructions etc. All these ceramics are carefully made by hand in small batches so the dimensions can vary from batch to batch. Ordered items are closely matched to the pictures in the shop listings but due to the nature of clay, variation in glazing and firing process they may be different in size, colour or finish. Please check the vessel’s dimensions in the listing before placing your order.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is undamaged and unused.  You are responsible for the careful return of the item and all returns must be sent via recorded post with a tracking code provided.  Please contact me beforehand for queries or further details.
